Image Transform is launching a new recycling campaign for our graphics customers.

We will handle recycling of any vinyl product purchased by them. They must return the product, freight prepaid, using one of our "Help ITL Keep It Green" return labels.

We will then recycle the banner vinyl through our network of receiving points for the vinyl to be used as temporary roofing for disaster victims, tarps and drop cloths for "Habitat for Humanity", sent to third world countries for use as temporary housing, given to farmers for liners and covers for grain storage, and used as temporary road beds.

Research and development involving turning product ends into habitat for fisheries is going forward at a fast pace, and we are making templates for the artificial reefs and structure that can be made.

We believe that the waste product can also be ground into pellets, mixed with asphalt and used as trails, roofing coating, and liners.

The list of green print products continues to grow. We now have 2-6 mm foam pv (sintra-clone) material that is recyclable. In addition, We have "Stop Light" re-pulpable, recyclable 8-12 mil poster paper, a recyclable corrugated pvc in 3,4,5 mil sizes (coroplast clone), and we have a recyclable ultraclear window film that is printable for decorative architectural design, as well as a corrugated paper product that will be utilized as foam core, but is recyclable, repulpable.

Furthermore, We have introduced a new polyester laminate, which when used on our polyester Lambda Photo product, is a recyclable high end photo display product. This can be mounted to any of our recyclable substrates. The last notable product is our recyclable wall mural line, of canvas and wallpaper. The canvas mural material is available in up to 16.5 ft x 150 ft single piece, and the wall paper is a 60 " product. Some materials are in stock and some are ordered on a per-job basis at this time and are only slightly more expensive. All will have the Image Green logo. All of these items may be recycled through local waste management sources.
